Hello dA, it's been a while.
I've been well.
Happenings.

I've joined a Live Action Role Play groub. We play Vampire the Masquerade. It is fun.

So this is what I'm doing back on dA.
I must now begin a search for art I can get prints of here on dA.

My character in the game is a crazy screwed up up vampire. I truly mean crazy, she's of the malkavian clan, and as all vampire clans have a curse, the malkavian curse is madness. So it's fun. I personally am a shitty artist. My character however is supposed to be some decent comic book artist, with a style I imagine as being similar to Jhonen Vasquez-somewhat fucked up.

So! A few of the other malkavians are artists, and we want to do a "Hah! we're better than you!" to the artist clan Toreador (their curse?  they can get entranced by things if they're beautiful enough). For this I need facsimile art, of course out of character acknowledgement will be given to the true artist, but in character I will be passing it off as Corliss's art.

And the search begins.

So I just got back from Asia about a week ago, went to Hong Kong and Tokyo.

It has been over a year after all.
...When I have an internet connection again I have some pictures I'd like to upload.. I just procrastinate a lot.
In any case, my life has been messed lately, and I want to type out some random rant anywhere but facebook. dA it is.
It's something I do.. just write about current happenings.. It helps abate my rage.

...I punched a hole in the wall a few weeks ago... A bit before the worst of what has happened.. happened.

Yeah. So I have idiotic, irresponsible, jobless, unreliable roommates.
Yep. So anger and disdain has been gradually growing for the past while... They've been stealing food for months... The reason for hole punching was that they stole my food;

On the first of June I finally got my own room because one roommate, my friend from work, left. I had been sharing a room with my ex.. I gave them a few chances before I decided to keep my non-perishables in my room. Then yeah people went in my room, and stole stuff. So anger. I'm usually a weakling and didn't expect the wall break....

Blargh!
Yeah. So, they way things are there's three people on the lease, myself, my ex and this guy who left to join the militairy in January. Military guy owed my ex money and there was an agreement where said military guy would pay my ex's rent. Then there's another guy who's not on the lease living in Bizzarro World too, he's one of the jobless fools, my ex being the other. Anyway, towards the end of May I asked the guy not on the lease if he had June rent, and he said that he did. Yeah no. it wasn't paid.
His rent was supposed to be put into this joint account that us leaseholders have access to.
I put my rent in, and on the 13th militairyguy put the share he was supposed to put in.
Yeah. of what I put in.. insurance was paid, bank fees were paid, and yeah. The rest... Not used for rent but the personal use of the other two people who have access to the account. Though militairy guy made up for what he took out by pretty much putting it back in on the 13th. Of the inhabitants of Bizzarro World I'm the only one who paid rent.. And I actually paid on time too.
So Thursday the 17th, I check the mail when I get home from work -this around 11:15 pm since I work nights.
Yep. Form N4 "Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent". I had 14 days to come up with June rent. Today is actually the last of that 14 days. And I'm stressed, hoping they don't file a Form L1 "Application to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent and to collect rent the tenant owes", which will  ruin my non-existent credit. Yeah, there was this claus on the form N4 "If another rent payment becomes due on or before the termination date, you must also pay this extra amount".

Yeah. We've had a form N4 sent to us before -though that was a mix up on the landlords part, but the interpretation was that if we pay before July rent is due, July can be late.
Yeah. I've paid my share of July rent directly to my landlord but the two others probably don't and won't have July rent. Bah!
Just thinking of all this is stressing me out. I've had a good past few days of not thinking of everything.
If they pay July rent I'm all good and never have to worry about this shit again. But rah!
I want to be prepared, but man. I'm afraid of the future, but I need to face it. I'm learning a lot I think.. Bah. It's wrong though, I'm a trusting person, I hate that I really can't trust people. Why can't people be relied upon?
People change fast, people lie, people, well these people, don't realize there comes a point in life where there are certain things you have to be responsible for.
Towards the beginning of this ordeal I approached them and asked what they intended to do about the situation. It was after all caused entirely by them. Yeah. No plan. They said that they didn't need one because I had one.

At that point the only conversation about the Form N4 had been Thursday night when I asked the guy not on the lease if he had paid rent; it was then I learned he had not. They simply concluded that I'd act ;like their mommy and take care of them?
..Such anger. Yeah I had a plan that was not a good one because it pretty much meant lending them money I don't quite expect to get back, though I have gotten them to  sign contracts.
....I thought I needed to write about all this to help me get over it all. but having explained the basics I realize I'm just getting stressed again by thinking of it.

Basically I'm uncertain as to what the future will bring. Hopefully I won't be evicted because of idiot roommates and hopefully I'll move out August 30th as planned, move in with friends I know through work and I expect to be more reliable. Kinda iffy about one of them but yeah! I don't want to move back in with my parents!
...Though I'm typing this from my parents >.<
